Data Security Update & Disclosure

Our firm values the security and trust of our clients. As such, we have strict measures in place to protect client information and data from any unauthorized access. We rely on advanced digital technology and software programs that include cloud-based data storage and programs, dual factor authentication, and encrypted office equipment to guard against breaches. In line with our ethical and legal duties of disclosure, we hereby inform that on August 23, 2025, we experienced a theft incident off site where an encrypted laptop was taken. Within less than hour of its occurrence, this incident was promptly reported to law enforcement and to our Information Technology team who took immediate steps to disable all access to programs on that device and to prevent the possible breach of confidential client data and information. After this quick response to contain and mitigate further risks, it is not believed any data or information was compromised.
